Adding Payroll Access For A User
If a user is requesting Payroll Access for a client in Xero, you first need a confirmation email from the client. The Partner in charge of the user needs to be aware as well, they may be CC'd already.
- Log into Xero
- Staff
- Navigate to staff member
- Select :
- Edit permissions
- Tick Payroll Access
- Apply
- The change effect should be instant, may need to log out and back in
