Steps to Clear Storage in Outlook on the Web
1. Log into Outlook Web Access:
Open your browser and go to https://outlook.office.com/.
Sign in with your email credentials
if prompted.
2. Access Outlook Settings:
In the top-right corner of the page, click on the cog icon (⚙️) to open the
settings menu.

3. Navigate to Storage Settings:
In the settings menu, scroll down and select View all Outlook settings at the bottom.
In the settings window, click on General from the left-side menu.
From the General tab, select Storage.
You will see a list of your email

most space.

Next to the folder you want to manage, click the Empty button.
Select the option 12 months and
older to delete emails older than 12 months.
